A recent front porch renovation in Billerica. We removed the existing decking, all posts, steps, handrails/balusters, trim and lattice. The stairs were reframed to widen to 4′. New 4×6 posts, composite decking, trim, crown and base detail moldings were installed around 6 new columns.
