This policy explains how Ace Home Medics, LLC collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website.
Information you give us
Our contact form collects your name, contact details, and message so we can respond to your request. These details go to our customer relationship management system, LeadConnector / HighLevel. Akismet also receives form submissions, your IP address, and browser details to check for spam.
Website forms also include technical submission fields. Some include registration fields for an email address, password, username, subsite domain, and subsite title.
When you use our chat assistant, we collect the messages you type. If you choose to share them, we also collect your name, email address, phone number, address, and details about the work you need. Ace Home Medics and its marketing agency, AQ Marketing, keep the chat transcript and details you provide. Anthropic's AI service receives your messages to generate replies. Chat details also go to LeadConnector / HighLevel so we can respond.
Information collected automatically
When you visit, we collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and time on the site. Our hosting, security, analytics, advertising, and website feature providers process information as described below.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how you find and use the website and to improve it. Gauges counts page views for hosting-level statistics. Google Ads measures which ads lead to calls, form requests, or visits and lets Google show our ads to people who visited this site. We do not sell personal information. We share information for targeted advertising.
Other parties may collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our site. Google Ads collects activity across other websites. Google Analytics 4 uses cookies and sends measurement data to Google.
Cookies, browser storage, and your choices
Analytics and advertising tools stay off until you click "Accept all" on the cookie banner or scroll the page while the banner is showing. Scrolling while the banner is showing counts as accepting these tools. The provider receives request information and may use its own cookies or browser storage. Our cookie banner does not control the provider's embedded frame. Google Maps may set cookies when its map loads. Elfsight also uses its own cookies.
