Building a new unheated room under the existing deck with a storage area under part of the existing stairs. Room will have PVC paneling/shadow boxes below windows (interior and exterior), sliding windows, doors, composite trim interior and exterior. We removed the existing decking, then reinstalled over screening and a Trex Rain Escape under deck dry space system. Versatex Walnut Bead board has been installed under the joists to finish the ceiling.
